Randy Compton (tenor and countertenor) is a founding member of The Music Men and serves as the group's music director and business manager and is one of the Producers for the Madrigal Dinners. He graduated from Iowa State University with degrees in Music Education and Psychology and was the Music Librarian at WOI Radio. He is a Project Administrator for Construction Services at ISU.
